Finally, we have a church! The date will be announce soon. This is our 2nd choice for the church, first is the Twin hearts Parish in South Triangle but we had a conflict of schedule with our coordinator and the people from their office is a little rude. The same day, we went here and meet with Glenn, he is very nice compare to the ladies in the Twin hearts Parish office. We booked the date w/c all of my major suppliers are available. So I am happy.

Requirement/s and Inclusion/s:

1. Required Documents to be submitted:
1. From the Church

                                                               i.      Baptismal Certificate – Original copy with notation “For Marriage Purpose”; Issued w/in 6 months before the wedding date. Required to both parties.

                                                             ii.      Confirmation Certificate – Original copy with notation “For Marriage Purpose”

                                                            iii.      Birth Certificate – Certified true copy or Authenticated copy from NSO

                                                           iv.      Certification of No Marriage / Singleness – from NSO

                                                             v.      2x2 ID Picture

                                                           vi.      Banns – Reply from duly accomplished and signed by the pastors of respective parties.

                                                          vii.      Permission of Proper Pastor – the bride’s pastor shall issue a permission allowing marriage to be solemnized outside the bride’s parish.

2. From the Local Civil Registrar

                                                               i.      Marriage License – issued by the local civil registrar

NOTE: All required documents must be submitted to the parish office 3 weeks before the wedding date.

2. Interviews and Formations Required
1. Initial Interview – Upon registration w/ parish office inquiring on the personal data of the candidates for marriage needed for the publication of banns.
2. Canonical Interview – A church required process to determine capacity and disposition for marriage and married life (Schedule: WEDNESDAYS 8am to 12nn)

Formations

3. Pre – Marriage Seminar --  a 3 hour seminar conducted by marriage counselors to prepare candidates for the proper disposition in marriage and family life on 2^nd Sunday of the month 2pm to 5pm
4. Faith Catechesis – a faith-enriching instruction required to all candidates for marriage given on 3^rd Sunday of the month 2pm to 5pm
2. Schedule of fee
1. Wedding package – P15,000 – this is inclusive of the following:

                                                               i.      Clerical jobs (pre and post wedding)

                                                             ii.      Stipend for priest solemnizing minister

                                                            iii.      Fresh Flowers decoration

                                                           iv.      Carpet

                                                             v.      Soloist

                                                           vi.      Electricity consumption for video coverage

                                                          vii.      Marriage registration fee at local civil registrar

4. Reminders
1. Documents and Formations are equally important prerequisites of the Sacrament of Matrimony
2. Every couple is allowed w/ 5 pairs of sponsors. Additional pairs will be charged P100 each
3. Sing-along equipments are not allowed in the church. Invited singer/choir must coordinate with the parish office before the wedding Mass.
